An android bandwidth manager for both root and non-root users that offers features for setting Internet and tethering speeds, as well as managing data usage efficiently. It is particularly tailored for devices like Samsung Galaxy Sx/Sx-mini/tabs, LG Gx, Xperia Zx, Motorola Moto, but can be utilized with other devices as well.

Root Features:

Sets the WiFi connection upload speed
Sets the mobile connection upload speed
Sets the Bluetooth connection upload speed
Limits the tethering download speed for the portable WiFi hotspot (Download/Upload Speed)
Sets the download speed for USB/Bluetooth tethering connections
Throttles bandwidth when a specified data limit is reached
Accelerates all connections, including tethered connections, through the Fast Surf feature

Provides shortcuts to configure connections and shows connection status along with IP address information
